Our online courses generally come with 12 months of access*, giving you plenty of time to complete your learning at your own pace. However, if you need extra time beyond this period, you can request a learning extension.
To help manage the increasing demand for extensions, we have introduced a learning extension fee of $220 for an additional 3 months of access. This ensures we can continue providing support and maintaining course availability for all learners.
How it works:
- Your course access generally lasts 12 months from the date of enrolment. (*some courses may vary, refer to course description)
- If you need more time, you can purchase a 3-month extension for $220 (inc. GST) per course.
- Extensions can be requested as many times as needed.
IF you would like a learning extension, simply purchase this product. Your extension will apply from the date of purchase.
Once we have confirmed your purchase, you will be able to continue completing your course.

This guide provides instructions on how to enrol and commence the course.
If you are registering on behalf of others, you will receive an email with instructions on how to register each learner/s.
Once registered, each learner will receive an induction guide to their own email address.
